Job Title: Clinical Service Manager
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa353,000 per annum

As a Clinical Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to the residents. Your leadership and clinical expertise will be vital in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the services. While a nursing background is preferred, it is not essential, and we welcome candidates with strong clinical management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical team, including nurses and healthcare assistants.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, maintaining high standards of care.
Conduct regular assessments and care planning for residents, addressing their individual needs.
Oversee medication management and administration processes.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and training programs.
Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic care and support to residents.
Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Experience:
A background in nursing is preferred, but not essential. Candidates with strong clinical management experience in healthcare settings will be considered.
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification is a plus.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare environment.
Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.
