Job Description

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting families and clinical teams? We're looking for a Clinical Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team on a temporary basis of up to 12 months.




In this role, you'll be at the heart of our clinical services, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management. You'll provide vital administrative support to all clinical teams, helping us deliver exceptional care.




What you'll do:


Keep our clinical data accurate and up to date Handle sensitive enquiries with professionalism and empathy Support bookings for services and events Liaise with GPs and Consultants to obtain up-to-date medical information


What we're looking for:


Strong organisational and communication skills Confidence with databases and digital platforms Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. A proactive, team-focused approach


This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a role that combines administration, data integrity, and meaningful support for families, all within a supportive hospice environment.




This is a temporary contract of up to 12 months, expected to begin around 2nd March 2026, working part-time at 28 hours per week.
