Clinical Services Manager - Birmingham - Private Hospital
Salary up to c48k
We are exclusively recruiting for a Clinical Services Manager covering surgical wards and outpatients clinic, with overall responsibility as the Registered Manager for CQC for the whole site including Theatres.
You will have a team of 3 direct reports (Sisters) and c30-40 indirect reports.
It is essential that you have experience in a clinical setting, ideally as the registered manager, with a good understanding of CQC.
The site operates 24/7 and as such you may be required to be flexible covering occasional weekends or evenings, with time in lieu offered to ensure you have a good work life balance. On call shifts are expected c 1 week in every 4-6, for which you receive additional pay.
Whilst we are ideally looking for a Nurse with direct experience in this setting, we will also consider Paramedics or ODPs.
