We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Clinical Services Manager

to join our team at a 30-bedded Hospital. Elizabeth House specializes in providing care for individuals with acute Mental illness.

What You'll be Doing

Oversee and manage clinical services within the facility Work alongside the Registered Manager Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards Lead and support the clinical team to deliver exceptional care Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided Conduct staff training and professional development Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

What You'll Need

Registered Nurse NMC Pin 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a mental health setting Strong leadership and management skills In-depth knowledge of mental health care regulations, CQC standards and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 75,000.00 per year
