Clinical Services Manager

Fitzpatrick Referrals is an independent veterinary specialist referral practice in Surrey, delivering world class orthopaedics, neurology, dentistry and rehabilitation care to patients from across the UK and beyond. We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to manage and organise the practice, working in partnership with other key members of the management team to provide a professional service to clients, patients and their referring veterinarians.

The Role

The role requires an RCVS registered vet who possesses excellent people and communication skills and has a proven ability in leading large teams.

You will provide line management to the respective leaders of all clinical support teams. You will act as a role model and be accountable for the quality of the hospital's clinical operations, managing scheduling, resource allocation, efficient workflow and ensuring excellent communication and service to referring veterinarians and clients.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week over 5 days with some flexibility to ensure you have a presence across our 24/7 referral centre. The Practice

The Practice is located in the southwest of Surrey, just outside the historic market town of Godalming, close to Guildford and the beautiful Surrey Hills with excellent travel links to London.
