Clinical Services Manager (Clinical & Care Quality Lead) - Nursing Home Kent / South East England

55,000-60,000 + excellent benefits package

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse and clinical leader looking to make a meaningful impact on care quality within a nursing home setting?



We are supporting a well-established, values-led elderly care provider as they recruit a Clinical Services Manager (Clinical & Care Quality Lead) for one of their nursing homes in the South East of England. This is a senior leadership role within the home, offering the opportunity to influence clinical standards, quality systems, and resident outcomes on a daily basis.



You will lead on clinical governance, audits, inspections, medication management, safeguarding, and regulatory readiness, ensuring the home consistently meets CQC and professional standards.



About You:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Experience in a senior clinical or quality-focused role within a nursing home or elderly care setting Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS, medication management and clinical governance Confident leading audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives Visible, supportive, and values-driven leadership approach
