to help us build a new mental health service that works for both clients
and
therapists.
Are you an experienced BABCP accredited CBT therapist and supervisor? Do you have a core profession of nursing or Clinical Psychologist? Are you looking to join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making every therapy session count? Do you want to join a team determined to transform the delivery of mental health care?
We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor who shares our passion to enable every therapist to be the best they can be. You will provide clinical supervision to a team of CBT Therapists, PWPs and counsellors. Additionally, you will support Towards Apprentices in their clinical placements, providing close supervision and guidance.
About Towards
Towards
makes getting top quality therapy simple for adults, children, and young people. For too long, a broken mental healthcare system has put therapy out of reach for too many. We're changing that. Towards therapy is affordable, reliable, and accessible wherever works best for people--online or on the high street.
We're also committed to
making therapy work for therapists
. The modern therapy market has left many therapists feeling isolated, burned out, and drowning in admin. But to care for others, therapists need to feel supported themselves. We give mental health professionals the
development opportunities
,
community
, and
clinical support
they need to fall in love with their job again.
We're building a new kind of therapist workforce
We are data-focussed
We use clinical outcomes, scientific evidence, and real feedback from clients and clinicians to guide and improve care. Every session counts, and we take our responsibility to deliver the best possible support seriously.
We are tech-focussed
We use smart, thoughtful technology to help therapists do their best work and clients get the most from therapy. Our app supports personalised between-session work, while our tools give therapists insight and flexibility to work well -- in-person or online.
We are people-focused
We get to know every therapist, understand their strengths, and support their development from day one.
We are community-focused
We create communities of practice, offer free CPD and supervision, and nurture a culture of care -- for our clients and for each other.
