Job overview




We are looking for a full time (37.5 Hours per week) Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to join our Emotional Wellbeing Hub administration team. A job share would be considered.



You will be joining a dedicated friendly admin team within the Emotional Wellbeing Hub which is a fast-paced access service processing mental health referrals aged 0-25 years. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.



You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience and will also have excellent customer service skills and administration experience.




Main duties of the job




You will need to be well organised, and ideally have knowledge about healthcare and the NHS. You will work under the supervision of the Deputy Business Support Manager and Emotional Wellbeing Hub Team Manager.



In addition to working as part of a local admin team, there will be opportunities to work collaboratively with and gain support from the wider admin team and cover required across services.



The post will be based at Mariner House, Ipswich and hybrid working is available. There is an internal rota in place regarding the expected office-based days as well as flexible work from home. Parking charges are paid back in your monthly pay.

S Pitman / RSA III Typing / Word Processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level. NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or working towards. NVQ 2 Customer Services or working towards. ##

Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level. Working on own initiative with minimal supervision.
