We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated

Clinical Support Team Administrator

for our Older Peoples Service. The candidate will support the Community Team, Memory and Treatment Service and the Intensive Support Team.



This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator who has an interest in the wellbeing of our service users and who has the passion to provide strong administration support, essential for the successful and efficient operation of our teams.


Do you have excellent communications skills and a keen eye for detail? Can you effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities? Do you have experience of managing detailed complex information and maintaining a strong degree of confidentiality?

Main duties of the job




Please note working days will be Monday, Thursday & Friday





You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.



Previous administration experience is essential. The role will include but is not limited to general administration, minuting meetings, diary management and entering patient data.



You will be working in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.

NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent of working towards NVQ 2 Customer Services or working towards Pitmans/RSA III typing/word processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level ##

Excellent articulate communication skills Interpersonal skills including taking a proactive diplomatic approach and ensuring confidentiality at all times. Time management & Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise management diaries. ICT skills including Microsoft (especially spreadsheets and presentations, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent. Audio typing. Advanced keyboard skills & Literacy and numeracy #
