About the role


------------------


This post will be based within the Department of Surgery and Cancer in the academic section of Urology situated in Charing Cross Hospital and at the Imperial Clinical Trials Unit (ICTU) based in White City.



The full-time post is available from 1st February 2025 and is offered on a fixed-term basis for 2 years in the first instance. Travel is expected between the Imperial College London campuses. There may be requirement to travel to other research sites across the UK as detailed in the job description.


What you would be doing


---------------------------


As the post holder, you will oversee a commercially funded multi-centre interventional CTIMP study and will be responsible for all aspects of trial coordination. The post will also include patient facing trial activities. Training will be provided for all aspects where appropriate and required.


What we are looking for


---------------------------


A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent in a biomedical/scientific field or related field), or a nursing qualification and proven clinical trial/project management experience gained in multi-centre interventional trials is essential. You will need to show strong leadership and motivational skills, as well as effective communication, organisational and time management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an evolving programme of work in Urology and surgical trials. Relevant experience is highly desirable.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), fixed term contract for 2 years based at Charing Cross Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital.
