We offer a wide range of clinical apprenticeships, including pathways for nursing teams and adjacent roles (e.g., Senior Healthcare Support Worker, Dental Nurse), alongside CPD routes that develop skills across care settings. To help us do this, we're seeking an NMC-registered Nurse to join our team and support programme delivery. This is an exciting moment to bring your expertise to MediPro, shaping the curriculum and, ultimately, the future healthcare workforce.

The opportunity: Tutor_Nurse (NMC-Registered)

As a MediPro Tutor, you'll join a supportive, motivated team delivering high-quality clinical education and apprenticeships. You'll shape engaging, practice-based learning and help our learners succeed, ultimately improving patient care.

What you'll do

Design and deliver interactive teaching, learning and assessment, on-site and online, aligned to apprenticeship standards and employer needs. Coach and mentor diverse learners, providing timely feedback and pastoral support to drive progression and achievement. Collaborate with NHS and independent partners to ensure the curriculum reflects real-world clinical practice and service priorities. Use our digital platforms to track progress and quality, contributing to continuous improvement and outstanding learner experience.

What you'll bring

Up-to-date nursing expertise and a real passion for practice-based education. (at least 5 years post registration experience) Confidence using e-learning and data insights to personalise support and keep every learner on track. A collaborative mindset and a firm commitment to inclusive, learner-centred teaching. A strong track record delivering apprenticeships and setting stretching, achievable targets for learners. A relevant teaching/assessing qualification: Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET) and Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent). Take personal responsibility for, and show enthusiasm toward, your own continuous professional development (CPD). A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to learners' workplaces for assessment in practice.
