Clothing Branding Assistant

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our busy Clothing Branding Department in Inverness. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in creating high-quality custom-branded clothing for schools, businesses, and more. Key Responsibilities



Print custom logos and designs onto garments using a heat press machine


Operate heat press equipment to apply vinyl or printed transfers onto a wide range of clothing, including hoodies, T-shirts, jackets, and workwear. Full training will be provided to build your confidence and ensure consistency and quality.

Use CorelDRAW software to set up and print branding designs


Work with vector-based artwork to prepare logos and graphics for printing. This includes adjusting layout, sizing, positioning, and mirror imaging as required for different garments and print methods.

Experience with CorelDRAW is beneficial but not essential

, as training will be given.

Check paperwork and garments to ensure order accuracy


Review job sheets and pick slips to confirm all order details. Match garments, colours, sizes, and branding instructions accurately before beginning the print process. A methodical approach is key to ensuring customers get exactly what they ordered.

Prepare, pack, and ship orders to meet customer deadlines


Fold, bag, label, and pack garments securely for delivery. You'll be responsible for checking quality at each stage and ensuring all items are sent out correctly and on time to schools, businesses, and individuals.

Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed


Work closely with a small but busy team, helping in other areas such as stock handling, order picking, or embroidery prep when required. A flexible and cooperative mindset is important, especially during peak seasons.
