Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Heat Press Operator

to join our dynamic team at Clic Clothing. This role starts with 20 hours per week, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and experience. The ideal candidate will have prior heat press experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heat press machines to transfer designs onto apparel with precision and care. Ensure high-quality results by checking designs for accuracy, colour consistency, and proper placement. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on heat press machines. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow. Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Prior experience operating a Heat Press is essential. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude, drive, and motivation to succeed. Ability to work 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM, with the possibility of additional hours based on business needs. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a team environment.
