Job Description

We're hiring seasonal support staff to help during our busy period. We're looking for enthusiastic candidates who, ideally, can start as soon as possible and work through to the first week in December 2025.

This is a temporary position with these shifts available:

Dayshift (38 hours) - working 0700-1600 Monday to Thursday, and 0700-1100 Friday.

Backshift (34 hours) - working 1600 to 0100 Monday to Thursday

The rate of pay is 12.60 per hour.



About the Role



As a Production Operative here at Johnstons of Elgin, you will inspect, tag, fold and bag accessories and home products. You may be working on large volume orders or smaller orders for multiple customers, you will barcode and ensure product codes correctly match paperwork whilst working with great attention to detail, you will nonetheless aim to achieve the required output levels to meet our production plan.
