The Role:

This is an opportunity for a Cloud Support Engineer ready to take the next step in their career.

Based full-time on-site in South West London, you'll play a key role in managing cloud infrastructure, improving system performance, and supporting clients with real technical ownership.

There's a clear path to progress into cloud architecture, infrastructure leadership, or project delivery roles as you grow with the business.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of cloud infrastructure support, maintenance, and performance improvements. Manage and troubleshoot the Azure and Microsoft 365 stack Work on patching, routing, and network configurations including VLANs and Meraki. Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge bases. Lead or support cloud-related projects and implementation of new technologies. Collaborate with MSPs and client IT teams to deliver change initiatives and resolve incidents. Occasionally travel to client sites for on-site support, implementations, or audits.

Requirements:

Experience in cloud infrastructure or IT support roles with hands-on Azure exposure. Confident working with Microsoft 365 environments and SaaS platforms. Scripting skills (ideally PowerShell) and a methodical, solutions-focused approach. Comfortable with networking concepts including VLANs, firewalls, and Meraki. Familiarity with endpoint security tools (SentinelOne, ThreatSpike, etc.) is a plus. Strong communicator with a commitment to producing clear documentation. Must be based within commuting distance of the office and able to work onsite 5 days per week.
