Hybrid requirements: This role has flexible working patterns.
Responsibilities
o Develop infrastructure automation, including CI/CD pipelines using Azure Cloud, Azure Devops, IAAS (terraform), Azure pipelines and Powershell
o Provide technical guidance and encourage customers and co-workers to follow the DevOps culture
o Provide Support and Client Facing Consultancy around data security, networking, databases, virtualisation, hosting, and other areas of infrastructure
o Act as a 3rd line escalation point for Service Desk, including incident management and liaison with clients
o System troubleshooting and problem solving across cloud platforms and tech stacks
o Deploy and manage hosted platforms to deliver customer solutions
o Provide leadership for multiple client projects across product portfolio ensuring timely updates and delivery of committed tasks
o Produce IT infrastructure policy documentation, implementation, and governance
o Ensure that all system changes follow company change management processes
Requirements
Must:
o Microsoft Certifications such as: AZ-104
o At least 2 years of IT technical experience, ideally in a consultancy capacity
o Excellent written and spoken English skills are vital for compiling high-quality reports and liaising with clients
o Experience in PaaS and IaaS cloud infrastructure solutions
o Experience in Infrastructure Automation and configuration management
Nice to have:
o MS Windows Server & Desktop, O365 etc
o Linux - and/or RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian etc
o Virtualisation, VMware, Hyper- V,
o A good understanding of cloud security#
