We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible

After School & Holiday Club Assistant

to join our team at Andi Pandi's based in Bro Banw School. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Hours and days are flexible, offering a great opportunity for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of play-based activities for children aged 3-11 during after-school hours and school holidays Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children Engage positively with children, parents, and colleagues Help with setting up and tidying away activities and resources Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and club policies at all times Participate in team meetings and training as required

Essential Requirements:

Willingness to complete relevant training (e.g., Safeguarding, First Aid, Food Hygiene) Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to use initiative Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing high-quality care and play opportunities

Desirable Qualifications & Skills:

Welsh language skills

(spoken and/or written) Previous experience working with children in a similar setting A qualification in

Playwork

, Childcare, or similar is highly desirable
