Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, maintaining presentation standards Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the lounge area, including tables, counters, and service stations Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, cutlery, and condiments Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are advantageous Experience in serving or guest services roles demonstrates strong customer focus and communication skills Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Strong organisational skills, including time management and multitasking abilities, are essential for success in this role Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour

Pay: 12.80 per hour
