Club Manager - Clifton, Bristol

The Opportunity

Due to an exciting internal promotion, we are now seeking a highly motivated and ambitious

Club Manager

to lead our Taunton facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven professional to take the next step in their career. We're looking for someone with the energy, passion and vision to build on our success, drive membership growth, and ensure Snap Fitness Taunton continues to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving membership sales through community engagement and corporate outreach Overseeing marketing initiatives to support club growth Leading and developing a team of Personal Trainers Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety Managing club administration, social media and reporting Ensuring a supportive and motivating environment for both staff and members

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales and people management Outstanding customer service and leadership skills A results-driven approach with a track record of hitting targets Strong organisational skills and business acumen REPS Level 3 certification and First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)

The Role:

This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work mornings, evenings and some weekends on a rota basis.

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
