Beckenham Sports Club invites applications for the role of Club Manager at our southeast London facility. The successful candidate will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards, while managing budgets and driving membership growth. Responsibilities include staff recruitment and supervision, event planning, and the promotion of club activities both locally and online.
Applicants must demonstrate proven experience in sports club management, strong leadership, excellent communication, financial acumen, and IT proficiency. Flexibility, expertise in food and beverage management, and relevant coaching qualifications are highly desirable. Remuneration is commensurate with experience.
