Hours:

25 hours per week in term time, 07:15 - 08:45 and 2.45pm-6pm, Monday-Friday. Up to 40 hours available at our Holiday Club. (Holiday Club starts Spring 2026)

Starting Salary:

14.50-15.00 per hour
Are you an experienced and enthusiastic childcare professional ready to lead your own Club? At OSCAHS, we've opened a brand-new out-of-school club - and we're looking for an exceptional Club Manager to take the lead.

What you'll do:

Lead and manage the daily running of a fun, vibrant, and safe out-of-school club. Support and supervise a team of dedicated Playworkers. Plan and deliver exciting play opportunities based on children's interests. Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools, and your team. Ensure high standards of safeguarding, inclusion, and care across the Club. Take part in children's play -- from messy art to high-energy games!
You'll need:

Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Playwork, Childcare, or equivalent. However, this is not a deal-breaker At least one year's experience in a senior or leadership role. A minimum of two years' experience working with children aged 4-11. Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Welfare Requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills. Confidence, creativity, and a hands-on approach to play.
