Job Description

The role:



As a Club, you will play a key role running in the day-to-day operations of the club. You will manage & coordinating excellent events, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service Excellence:



- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Player Experience:



- Help develop strategies to attract and retain customers, fostering a strong sense of community and loyalty.

- Oversee player services, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all players and guests.

- Manage and resolve player concerns and complaints in a professional manner.

Operational Support:



- Managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

Event Coordination:



- Planning and execution of events, tournaments, and promotional activities to drive engagement and participation within the Padel community.

Food and Beverage Operations:



- Oversee the food & beverage and retail operations, ensuring quality products and services are offered to players and guests.

Retail sales:



- Utilise natural selling ability and interpersonal skills to maximise ancillary revenues within the clubs through effective retail sales strategies and techniques.

Staff Training and Development



- Training new staff members and ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of service.

Health and Safety Compliance:



- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

Site Maintenance:



- Oversee and coordinate site maintenance activities, including cleaning schedules, refuse, and court care to ensure the club's facilities are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:



- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within the sports, leisure or events industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.

- Natural selling talent to upsell and maximise ancillary revenues

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.

- Previous experience in running and coordinating events to ensure smooth execution.

- A passion for sports and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of Pure Padel.

Pay: 29,000.00-30,000.00 per year
