Snap Fitness Maidstone are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant role for our Maidstone Club.

Fitness class instructing and/or personal qulifications perferable but not compulsory.

25+ overtime hours per week - 12.21 per hour.

You must have the experience, energy and enthusiasm to assist in the management of day-to-day operations of a busy Health Club.

You will be responsible for assisting the Club Manager in the general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on the sale of new memberships, aquisition of new membership leads, lead generation and new business.

This role will include the following:

- Sales Management - driving sales through local community and corporate outreach
- Assist in Marketing Management to drive membership growth
- Assistant Management of new member sales
- Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, health & safety) Administration
- Club management reporting

Candidates should have the following:

- Sales & customer facing experience
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- A proven ability to hit targets, and generate good relationships with local businesses.
