Clubhouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, provide assistance, and ensure a positive and friendly experience in both the cafe and bar areas.

Order Processing:

Accurately take customer orders for food, beverages, and bar drinks, process payments, and deliver orders promptly.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve food, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes, bar regulations, and quality standards.

Wait Staff Duties:

Serve food and drinks to seated customers, ensuring attentive and professional service at all times.

Bar Management:

Set up and maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies, handling cash transactions, and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized cafe, bar, dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are consistently met.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and restock cafe and bar supplies, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with expiration dates for both food and beverages.

Food & Beverage Safety Compliance:

Follow food and beverage safety guidelines, ensuring a hygienic environment and proper handling of food and alcohol.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service throughout the cafe and bar.

Customer Interactions:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and in a timely manner.

Skills:

Basic Math Skills:

Required for cash handling, order processing, and bar transactions.

Multi-tasking Ability:

Thrive in a fast-paced cafe and bar environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Bar & Alcohol Knowledge:

Understanding of basic bar service, drink preparation, and legal regulations for alcohol service (training can be provided).

Food Safety & Alcohol Compliance:

Knowledge of food safety regulations, as well as bar safety protocols, including ID checking and responsible alcohol service.

Time Management:

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, especially during busy periods.

Experience:

Previous experience in food and beverage service, bar work, or waitstaff duties is preferred but not required.
