The Role

We are looking for a proactive and service-driven Clubhouse Supervisor to join our friendly and dynamic hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for great service and team leadership to help deliver an exceptional dining and events experience at one of the UK's leading golf clubs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the clubhouse bar, restaurant and event spaces Lead by example to deliver outstanding service to members and guests Support the F&B Manager in staff training, shift management and maintaining accurate stock records and supply levels Ensure all food safety, hygiene and licensing standards are consistently met Assist in coordinating functions, private events and golf days Contribute to improving processes, service standards and customer feedback

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisory F&B or hospitality role Strong communication and leadership skills A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent time management and organisational ability Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, and events Food Safety qualifications (desirable but not essential)
