What you'll be doing
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Cluster Financial Controller to lead our finance teams across diverse properties, each with unique opportunities. In this role, you'll take charge of maintaining accurate accounting records, financial controls, and management information. Your strong commercial insight will drive effective forecasting, helping each property achieve its financial goals while you support the team in delivering exceptional hospitality to guests at every opportunity.
As Cluster Financial Controller, you'll lead with a balance of innovation and pragmatism, providing guidance that promotes team growth and individual development. Your leadership will foster an environment where team members can progress, continuously improving both their skills and our financial outcomes.
