Cluster Revenue Manager

to take ownership of pricing, distribution, and performance across a growing portfolio of serviced apartments in the

United Kingdom and South Africa

.

Key Responsibilities

Drive daily pricing and yield decisions to optimise revenue and occupancy. Analyse booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Manage

long-stay agency pricing

, ensuring competitive, profitable, and strategically aligned rate structures. Oversee

OTA, GDS, and Meta channels

, maintaining accurate content, rates, and availability across all platforms. Ensure rate parity across all channels while prioritising and growing the direct booking channel. Produce clear and insightful

performance reports

, including pick-up, pace, and market analysis. Collaborate closely with

Sales, Marketing, and Operations

to align and deliver a unified commercial strategy.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in

multi-property revenue management

, ideally within serviced apartments or hotels. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

. Excellent understanding of

pricing strategy, forecasting, and distribution systems

(PMS, channel manager, OTA extranets). Experience managing

long-stay or corporate agency relationships

. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in making data-driven decisions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
