Job Description

Roseate Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Cluster Sales Coordinator to join its Regional Sales Team in the UK.

The role will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue

Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships

Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Regional Sales Manager and Senior Management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads

Support planning and preparing for customer and hotel meetings

Assist with the Request for Pricing (RFP), negotiation and contracting process

Travelling between hotel sites when required for client meetings and FAM Trips

Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds and attend trade shows when required

We are looking for:

Excellent communication skills

High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Knowledge of Opera is preferred

Excellent organisational and administration skills

Previous hotel or sales experience is beneficial
