We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Events Sales Coordinator join our Events Team at Enable!

Based: Battersea Park
Salary: 31,500 per annum
Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: In Office, Flexible working
DBS: Basic
Role Overview:
The Events Team are a busy, creative, tight knit group of vibrant professionals who are looking for someone to join the team who pride themselves in 5 start customer service and going the extra mile for their clients. In the Events Team we celebrate creative problem solving, autonomy and integrity in our approach to work.
Acting as the first point of contact for the sales team on our initial enquiries, you'll be the welcoming face of the office, providing exceptional customer service, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, and supporting the smooth running of our events processes.

Your role will be key in ensuring every client receives a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience - from their very first enquiry through to event delivery. With a keen eye for detail, a sales-focused mindset, and a passion for events, you will help us deliver on our reputation for going above and beyond.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Client Enquiries & Sales

  • Be the warm, professional first impression for all venue hire and event enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information on venues, pricing, and availability offering tailored advice.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to maximise conversion rates and secure bookings.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the full client journey, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Build positive relationships, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
  • Take on opportunities for growth, including supporting site visits and leading on smaller-scale events as confidence and experience develop.
Administration & Systems
  • Keep all booking systems, event calendars, and venue details up to date.
  • Draft contracts, process bookings, and issue confirmations.
  • Produce reports and track enquiry data to support sales growth.
  • Support with financial administration, including invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
Team & Office Support
  • Represent the Events Team professionally as the first face and voice of our service.
  • Support colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with preparing marketing content, venue listings, and event planning documents.
  • Maintain office organisation, including event stores, equipment bookings, and supplies.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in event sales, venue hire, or client bookings.
  • A strong sales mindset - confident following up enquiries and securing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly approach.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and client care.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and booking databases.
  • Experience with invoicing and financial systems Sage is desirable.
  • The ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities at once.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with the initiative to problem-solve and improve processes.
