Cluster Sales Manager

About the Role
As Cluster Sales Manager, you will:
Maintain and grow our corporate and meetings client base through proactive research and account penetration.
Develop new business across all segments via telesales, appointments, and networking.
Identify strategies to secure profitable conference, meetings, wedding, and banqueting business.
Drive revenue to meet and exceed budget expectations.
Be a proactive ambassador in the local business community, building awareness and positive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Create strategic account plans with clear objectives and timelines.
Research and qualify potential customers for meetings, training, and events.
Execute proactive sales activities such as client presentations, familiarisation trips, and networking events.
Benchmark hotel offers and pricing against competitors.
Collaborate closely with hotel operations, revenue teams, and central sales teams to maximise account penetration.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years' experience in a sales-driven environment (hotel experience preferred).
Strong presentation skills and a structured, systematic approach to sales.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Full driving licence and own car insured for business mileage.
