Cluster Sales Manager, Uno Hotels
Permanent Contract based in Maidenhead but travelling to group properties.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Cluster Sales Manager to drive the Uno Hotels Sales and Marketing plan. Reporting into the General Manager and the Co-Founder you will ensure that the brand is represented whilst actively looking for new opportunities and cross selling all hotels within the Uno brand. You will lead, support and develop to ensure optimal performance and achievement of business objectives.
The Opportunity
Uno Hotels seeks an ambitious and relationship-driven Hotel Cluster Sales Manager to join our hotel group, based predominantly in the Maidenhead locality.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies to grow revenue, while upholding the brand's commitment to excellence and authenticity.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each property within the cluster.
Drive room night sales and increase revenue across leisure, corporate, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
Align sales goals with overall business objectives and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation travel partners and key accounts.
Conduct daily site visits, offsite client meetings, and presentations to showcase our offerings and build rapport.
Leverage market intelligence and third-party insights to identify new business opportunities and assess potential accounts by tracking accommodation trends, competitor activity, and travel patterns.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions.
Partner with marketing to design accommodation packages and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate with reservations, revenue and operations to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal systems to support reporting and decision-making.
Essential Experience:
You are a results-driven sales professional with experience in the hospitality segment, ideally within a hotel environment, with strong knowledge of the leisure travel sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a track record of driving revenue growth
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
Professional, adaptable, and client-focused approach to relationship management
Ability to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to commercial success
