This is a permanent, full-time daytime role working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. The position offers an annual salary of up to 52,000 depending on skills and experience. The role is based in Crick and covers two sites, Crick and Burton-upon-Trent, so occasional travel between locations will be required.
Function
============
Responsible for leading stock control teams and processes across multiple sites ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Key tasks:
Manage stock control processes across multiple sites (2) ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory
Create and implement action plans to improve quality inventory accuracy and service
Develop routines to record monitor and maintain stock levels effectively
Analyse root causes and trends and educate teams to prevent recurring issues
Conduct audits of inventory functions and use data to recommend improvements
Work closely with operations to ensure efficient stock flow through sites
Lead and develop the team fostering communication and continuous improvement
Profile
===========
Strong background in logistics and stock control
Experience with stock keeping principles, inventory accuracy, and PIS cycles
Knowledge of FMCG, ideally within 3PL, B2C, or retail environments
Familiarity with JDA or similar inventory management systems
Fashion industry experience is a bonus but not essential
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
Great communication and leadership skills to manage and develop a team
