The Press Brake Operator will play a crucial part in our production process, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Operate press brake machinery to bend and shape sheet metal according to specifications. Assemble and fabricate components using hand tools and mechanical equipment. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain tooling and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery related to sheet metal fabrication. Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
