CNC Grinder - Day Shift, Waterlooville

Full?time o Permanent o 21.50?/?hour (higher with experience)

We're adding a skilled CNC grinder to our growing team. You'll run grinding machines, keep them running smoothly and ensure every component meets tight tolerances.

What you'll do

- Operate CNC grinding equipment and make any necessary adjustments.

- Use basic maths to set up and verify dimensions.

- Spot problems quickly and fix them to keep production flowing.

- Keep the work area clean, safe and organised.

What you bring

- Hands?on experience with grinding machinery.

- Good mechanical aptitude and a detail?oriented mindset.

- Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the fly.

What we offer

- Starting pay 21.50?/?hour, with overtime at 1.5x.

- 28 days of paid annual leave.
