CNC Grinder - Day Shift, Waterlooville
Full-Time | Permanent | 21.50/hour (higher with experience)
We are looking to expand our team by adding a skilled CNC grinder. In this role, you will operate grinding machines, ensure they run efficiently, and guarantee that each component meets precise tolerances.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC grinding machinery and make necessary adjustments.
- Utilize basic math skills to set up and verify dimensions.
- Quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain production flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience with grinding machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
What We Offer:
- Starting pay of 21.50/hour, with overtime at 1.5 times the regular rate.
- 28 days of paid annual leave.
