A modern, successful, hydraulic cylinder design and manufacturing company, providing bespoke hydraulic solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors since the early 1970's. Today we operate from our advanced manufacturing facilities in Houghton Regis, Dunstable.

TYPICAL DAY

!

Program and set Doosan Puma 2600 SY & 2600 LY machining centres

Reading engineering drawings to strategize machining routes

Select and specify correct tooling to run efficiently

Running, setting and streamlining existing programs

Self-Inspecting work throughout batch

Maintaining tooling and setup sheets

Assisting with product development

Inputting ideas for the development of our products & systems

IS THIS YOU?

Experienced CNC turner able to program, set, operate & train

Experience programming operating setting multi axis lathes

Program using G code Fanuc & conversational control systems

Experience working with live tooling C & Y axis

A keen eye for detail, hardworking, critical thinker

Able to plan effective efficient machining strategies

Communicate effectively and confidently

Independent but willing to play your part in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
