About the Role

Solidcor is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to support the manufacturing of certified fire doors. You'll primarily operate 5-axis CNC machinery (ideally SCM M100) and be cross-trained across beamsaws, edgebanders and other production equipment.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, owns their results, and values a culture built on accountability and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, set and optimise 5-axis CNC machines (SCM preferred) Work to technical drawings and fire door specifications Measure, inspect and ensure accuracy to tight tolerances Record key production data, output and performance metrics Contribute to cross-training across the machine shop Maintain strict safety, quality and housekeeping standards

Essential Experience

Proven CNC machining experience (5-axis required) Experience with SCM CNC or timber/fire door manufacturing (preferred) Confident in reading drawings and recording manufacturing data Strong attention to detail and process discipline

Tuesday to Friday:

15:00 - 23:00
