We're looking for a motivated and reliable Coiler Operator to join our friendly, ambitious team in Rotherham.

What You'll Do

As a Coiler Operator, you'll play a key role in our production team, ensuring quality and consistency across every batch. You'll:

Operate CNC automated machinery to produce mattress pocket spring sheets

Change specifications using both manual and touchscreen controls

Test and calibrate products as part of the QA process

Record and analyse production data accurately

Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and quality procedures

Meet production deadlines while maintaining excellent safety and housekeeping standards

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll need to:

Have at least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Be numerate and have good written and spoken English

Be physically fit and capable of manual handling

Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to Health & Safety

Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills

Be reliable, organised, and eager to learn new skills

Hours

You'll work on a 3-shift rotating pattern (8-hour shifts):

5:45am - 2:00pm

1:45pm - 10:00pm

9:45pm - 6:00am
