CNC Operator

Waterjet Profilers Ltd is a leading manufacturer of CNC Machining Centers and Tooling. We are currently seeking a

CNC Operator

to join our team in Burnt Mills Industrial Estate.

:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as, Waterjet Cutting
Perform quality checks on parts.
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Perform material handling procedures as needed.
Load and unload materials onto machines for use in waterjet processes.
Check part quality during machine setup and operation.
Check work area during machine operation.
Clean work areas after machine operation.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) years with a stable work history preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings required.
Good verbal and written communication skills required; must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers at all levels of the organization. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings required for machine setups and operations. Must be able to read shop drawings required for machining processes as well as shop drawings required for production processes such as machining parts from different sizes using the same machine ,other requirements of the position such as safety requirements, quality control procedures, etc. that may be necessary to perform the job successfully.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
