Job Vacancy: CNC Turner/Programmer (Sliding Head) and CNC Miller/Programmer (Fanuc Systems)
Overview: We are looking for skilled professionals to fill two roles: a CNC Turner/Programmer with expertise in Sliding Head machines and a CNC Miller/Programmer familiar with Fanuc control systems.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Experience with 5-axis machining is advantageous.
Strong mathematical and numerical skills for precise measurements and calculations.
Attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Working Hours:
Shifts available during day or night (night shift includes a shift allowance).
Benefits and Salary:
Competitive hourly pay up to 22.50.
Overtime paid at 1.5 times the standard rate.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining. Utilize CAD software and SolidWorks for design modifications and improvements. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any mechanical issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and ensure quality standards. Apply basic math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances for machining tasks.
