Job Opening: CNC Machinist

Join our dynamic and innovative team as an experienced CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and programming CNC Mills or Lathes with Fanuc controls. Collaborating closely with engineering and production departments, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify CNC programs using SolidWorks or other CAD software. Work with engineers to interpret project specifications and technical requirements. Set up and operate CNC machines with FANUC controls, ensuring accurate calibration. Conduct quality inspections on finished parts, applying basic math skills for precise measurements. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly. Maintain tooling and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Working Hours:

Day Shift: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Thursday; 07:30 - 12:30 on Friday Alternatively, Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:30, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical knowledge with CNC machinery experience Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD software Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience in fabrication and milling operations Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Ability to operate hand tools safely and handle materials carefully Experience in assembly and welding is a plus
