We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to become a part of our Northampton team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Fanuc CNC Mills and/or Lathes. The role involves setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes, along with conducting quality inspections to ensure precision and compliance with standards.

Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to 18.00 per hour
Working Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday
Location: On-site in Northampton
Required Qualifications:
Strong mechanical skills and a solid understanding of CNC machining processes
Experience in programming and operating PLCs
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks for design and modeling
Expertise in milling operations and tooling techniques
Knowledge of hand tools, material handling, and basic math skills
Experience in assembly, welding, or warehouse operations is a plus
Main Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines and CMM equipment to produce precise components
Design and modify parts using SolidWorks
Perform milling and welding tasks as needed
Handle materials and tools safely, ensuring quality standards
Take accurate measurements and make necessary adjustments mathematically
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet project deadlines
