CNC Machinist - Full-Time, Permanent

We are a well-established, precision engineering company looking for an experienced CNC Turner and/or Miller to join our dedicated team. Working with Nakumra machines equipped with Fanuc controls, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality, low-volume metal components that uphold our standards of precision, reliability, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines Machine parts to precise tolerances and specifications Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings accurately Conduct quality inspections to ensure all components meet high standards Support smooth production flow and efficient workflows
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of experience in CNC turning or milling Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Dependable, proactive approach with a commitment to quality workmanship
What We Offer:
Competitive salary with overtime paid at 1.5x 40-hour workweek (Monday to Thursday) 4 day work week. 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme
