We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Milling Technician to join our growing team. This full-time, permanent position is perfect for an experienced setter/operator ready to progress into CNC programming. You will work in a dynamic, high-precision environment that encourages ongoing development and skill enhancement.

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines Strong ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings Familiarity with CNC controls such as Hurco, Fanuc, or Mazak Experience with CAD/CAM software--knowledge of HyperMill is a significant advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for the production of high-precision components Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures to improve machining efficiency Work closely with machine operators and production teams to optimize workflows Produce small-batch parts with tight tolerances and high-quality standards

What We Offer:
