We currently have four openings in our Precision Engineering Workshop, which primarily serves the Aerospace Industry:
Two positions for CNC Millers (Fanuc, Mazak, or Heidenhain). These roles offer permanent day or night shifts, with rates up to 18.76 per hour during days and up to 25 per hour at night.
Two positions for CNC Turners (Fanuc or Mazak). These roles also provide permanent day or night shifts, earning up to 25.00 per hour for nights and up to 18.76 for days.
While programming skills are advantageous, they are not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling or turning machines to produce precise components.
Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models to ensure accurate manufacturing.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot issues.
Use hand tools and welding techniques as necessary for assembly.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency and maintain safety standards.
Conduct quality inspections to verify products meet all specifications and standards.
Overview: As a CNC Miller or Turner, you will play a vital role in the precise machining of components, reporting directly to the Production Manager. Your mechanical expertise and skills in fabrication, milling, and CAD will be essential in producing high-quality parts. Additionally, experience with programmable logic controllers and SolidWorks will help improve manufacturing efficiency. Qualifications:
Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with CNC machinery
Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software for design and fabrication

Prior experience in assembly and warehouse settings
