We're an R&D centre passionate about keeping engineering, design, and manufacturing right here in the UK. We're looking for an experienced CNC CAD/CAM Programmer who's not only technically skilled but also enthusiastic about innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:
Setting up and programming CNC machines for a variety of jobs.
Managing day-to-day operations in the machine shop to keep production on schedule.
Turning engineering drawings into precise production-ready dimensions.
Monitoring, checking, and fine-tuning machine output for quality and accuracy.
Running daily machine checks and keeping everything safe and reliable.
Driving process improvements and helping the team work smarter.
What we're looking for:
Strong, hands-on CNC machining experience (5+ years).
Skilled in
Hypermill
(essential), plus experience with
Powermill, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Delcam
.
Confident with
3-, 3+2-, and 5-axis machining
.
Ability to work to tight tolerances with materials like aluminium, stainless steel, and titanium.
Great problem-solving, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Strong communication skills--you'll be working closely with engineers and production teams.
A clean UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
(Bonus) Experience with CNC Wire Eroding.

Hours: 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Salary: Up to 23 an hour, depending on experience
