CNC CAD/CAM Programmer Location: Cambridge, East of England Salary: Up to 23 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Program and set up CNC machines for varied production needs Oversee daily machine shop operations to meet deadlines Translate engineering drawings into accurate, production-ready programs Monitor quality, conduct inspections, and adjust processes as required Perform routine machine checks to ensure reliability and safety Lead continuous improvement efforts and implement smarter workflows
What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience Proficiency in Hypermill is essential; knowledge of Powermill, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Delcam is highly desirable Confident operating 3-, 3+2-, and 5-axis machines Skilled at machining to tight tolerances using aluminium, stainless steel, and titanium Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineering and production teams Full UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK (Bonus) Experience with CNC Wire EDM
