CNC CAD/CAM Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

Program and set up CNC machines for a variety of production requirements Manage daily machine shop operations to ensure deadlines are met Convert engineering drawings into precise, production-ready CNC programs Monitor quality standards, perform inspections, and refine processes as needed Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee machine reliability and safety Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and productivity

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of practical CNC machining experience Proficiency with

HyperMill

is essential; familiarity with

PowerMill, SolidWorks, AutoCAD,

and

Delcam

is highly advantageous Experience operating 3-, 3+2-, and 5-axis machines confidently Skilled in machining to tight tolerances on materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, and titanium Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with engineering and production teams Full UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK (Bonus) Experience with CNC Wire EDM is a plus
