We are seeking a CNC Miller Setter/operator to join our dynamic team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines to produce precision components. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency.

Duties

Operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct materials handling and manage tooling efficiently to maintain workflow. Read and interpret engineering drawings Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Experience

Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator Proficient in Fanuc controls is ideal but not essential Willingness to learn OneCNC CAD/CAM. Full training will be provided. Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team player with a positive attitude Competence in using hand tools and basic tooling knowledge is essential Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
