CNC Mill/Turn Setter Operator - Full-Time, Permanent

We are a well-established precision engineering company seeking an experienced CNC Turner and/or Miller to join our dedicated team. In this position, you will operate Nakamura CNC machines with Fanuc controls to produce low-volume, high-precision metal components, ensuring strict compliance with quality and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC turning and/or milling machines

- Manufacture components within tight tolerances and detailed specifications

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

- Conduct in-process inspections to maintain consistent quality

- Contribute to efficient and seamless production processes

Requirements:

- A minimum of three years' experience in CNC turning or milling

- Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings

- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities

- Reliable, proactive, and dedicated to producing high-quality work
